80% of your immune system is your gut flora…

If you have good bacteria and yeast (good probiotics) you will experience good digestion and good health…

If you have bad bacteria, bad yeast, bad mold, bad parasites, etc., you will experience poor digestion, poor nutrient absorption…

Probiotics digest food for you…

They make nutrients for you…

Help produce hormones…

Part of restructuring my gut flora involves taking probiotics…

Today I’m starting a new detox protocol where my focus is more on removing unwanted critters from my gut…

Following my Beer Diet Project method, I focus first on energy production before and during a detox…

A detox comes after a period of strengthening and boosting energy first…

For my detox I’m using Ayurvedic herbs…

#1 Mimosa Pudica – this is a fat soluble seed used in Ayurvedic practice… when mixed with water it becomes gelatinous and sticky… it grabs and scrubs as it makes its way down the digestive tract…

#2 Formula 1 (Vidanga, Neem, Triphala, Clove, Holarrhena, extracts of Fulvic Acid) – This is a combination of herbs designed to remove various types of bad bacteria from the gut as well as support the body in removing toxins they release on their way out

The main reason why I always focus on energy production, especially around a detox is because toxins drain your energy…

Anytime I do a detox, I make sure that my body will be able to flush out toxins from the body…

The liver is the main filter that gets worked during a detox…

To assist my liver with this detox I’m using two new products…

#1 Tudca – this increases bile acid flow in the liver so that toxins don’t remain stagnant and clog the liver…

#2 BioActive Carbon – just like a carbon filter, this binds to toxins and helps remove them in addition to providing you with ionic minerals which is one of the main pillars of energy production…

This is the first time I try these products…

My expectation is that they will help me clean and detoxify my gut and give me a clean slate to go back and re grow my probiotics and restructure my gut flora…

These products are best taken on an empty stomach. This is why intermittent fasting is an important skill to learn.
