The Danger of Outsourcing Your Health to Someone Else

People who don’t learn to be their own doctor, are likely to end up taking medication for life.

Have you ever had to take your car to the mechanic? And when they give you a list of things that are wrong that need to be fixed you’re left wondering if the car really needs those repairs and if you can do without some of the repairs and still drive safely?

You kind of wish you knew a little bit about cars so you can tell you’re not taken for a sucker.

One thing I was not expecting when I first started learning how to brew beer was to learn that beer was originally called “Ale” because fermentation is how you draw out medicinal properties out of plants. Ales were not meant to be recreational beverages. They were meant to be sacred, herbal and medicinal beverages.

Beer is what became recreational. Ales are our traditional medicine!

Go to any apothecary, and you’ll find that they give you herbs in tinctures because that’s how you get the medicinal properties out of herbs. That’s why fermentation has been around for thousands of years.

Our “modern” medicine system started in the early 1900’s. They labeled our traditional medicine “alternative” to make way for their lab made stuff. That’s why we have so many people being told they have to be on medication for life.

… and the only way to get out of that is to become your own doctor. Becoming your own doctor doesn’t require you to go to school for ten years. Becoming your own doctor simply requires you to observe nature.

Your gut is like the root system of a tree.

For a tree to grow healthy, you need to make sure it gets:

Water
Minerals
Make sure the soil has the proper pH
Make sure the soil is at the proper temperature
Have a diversity of probiotics

If a tree has all of that and gets sunshine (vitamin D), then it will grow strong and healthy.

Your gut is no different. Notice it’s pretty much identical. If you don’t get water, minerals, have the right pH, or if your body temperature is low, then you start to wilt. Hair starts thinning or falling out, just like a tree would.

You don’t need to go to school to learn that. You learn that by observing nature and practicing the art of fermentation. That’s where you’ll be able to observe probiotics and nature at work.

When you learn how probiotics work, you learn what foods to eat, what not to eat. You learn what to drink, what not to drink. You’ll learn to use plants and herbs as medicine. Your food becomes medicine. You no longer rely on supplements.

I put everything I know about how to get more energy and lose weight into my energy blueprint. Once you complete this course and notice a boost of energy, you can look into our program Energy Bootcamp where I cover these topics into more detail.

Tools Needed to Complete This e-Course

(Don't buy my program!!! buy these tools instead and get results... once you see a boost of energy, then we can talk...)

The 5-day energy challenge is simple. Aim to drink 2 to 4 quarts of mineralized water a day.

Mineralized water recipe:

1 Quart of clean water
2 mL ionic magnesium
4 mL SOLE salt

An hour before bed, take 4 capsules of fermented cod liver oil & butter oil.

That's it! You should start to notice a boost in energy in as little as five days!

The 5-Day Energy Challenge is just the tip of the iceberg... but if you simply add these to your daily routine, you will be shocked how much it helps when you get to two weeks. Some people may notice a difference much faster. Others may take up to four weeks.

Again, this is just the tip of the iceberg, but I want you to get results before you even start looking at any of our programs.
