Those tools alone don’t guarantee you’ll get more energy… not because the tools don’t work, but because you may not know how to adjust the use of the tools for your body… and I am not there to guide you in real-time…
Sometimes someone would come in hot and attempt to do everything I do without building a foundation… if I’m not around to slow them down, they will probably crash and burn…
… but when I am able to intervene and guide people to do less, they experience better results… and because I know what to look for, I am able to point people to the next best step when the timing is right for them…
These tools are highly effective, like a chef’s knife.
A professional chef can take a razor-sharp knife and move fast, fluid, almost effortless – cutting precisely without thinking…
Hand that same knife to someone untrained and they slow down, hesitate… or rush and slice themselves…
The sharpness isn’t the danger… using it without feel is… and that’s what most people are doing…
If you don’t get results or make things worse, you are likely to blame the tools or the protocols… you second guess whether this works and put it on your “tried it, didn’t work” list…
Getting the right tools is just the beginning… knowing how to use the tools is where the gap is…
The way to use the tools is unique to you… what works for one person may not work for someone else…
… and most people can’t tell the difference…

This made me realize I couldn’t share general knowledge… and I became hesitant to share more… not because I didn’t want you to know what I did… but because knowledge without experience would easily fail…
I couldn’t stop thinking about how to pass down this experience… I realized I couldn’t help you with information alone… and I can’t be there in person for hundreds of people reading this…

When I say I used to feel exhausted, I’m talking about bone-deep fatigue…

… yet my entire system felt like it was under siege… like my body was pulling the fire alarm because of steam from the kettle, and refused to shut it off.
Everything suddenly got louder, harder, and heavier at once.
I was doing everything I could just to get through the day, but nothing worked until I figured out the cells of my body were not getting the nutrients they needed…
It didn’t matter what diet I tried, what supplements I took, or what detox I did…
Something was blocking the nutrients from getting into the cells of my body and that’s when I discovered cellular-level nutrition…
