It’s not from lack of trying that I wasn’t getting enough sleep. I had a hard time falling asleep… on a good night, I’d get a solid four hours of sleep… I’d then be wide awake around 1 am to 3 am, just tossing and turning… if I managed to fall asleep again, I’d wake up with brain fog so horrible I had to use the walls to make my way to the bathroom and kitchen after waking up…

That’s how I knew I needed to improve my sleep… and I found the reason why I wasn’t getting good sleep was because my vitamin D levels were low…

The lowest I tested for was 22ng/dL…

They tried to give me a vitamin D3 supplement where I would take 3,000 to 5,000 IUs, but I found that type of supplement is not natural vitamin D and can cause toxicity from long term use…
