  1. Thank you for your web site! My thyroid story is so similar to yours. Once I started reducing my cortisol and increasing my Vit D things turned around.
    I’m interested in getting my gut back on track. I’m done some things on my own with supplements with turmeric and ashwagandha but not juice them.

  2. I can so relate to all you are saying, I have gotten to the point that I have just decided these awful symptoms are my life. I don’t exercise because I’m to weak, my eyebrows are pretty much gone. My face looks like a melon. I’m excited to see your training video, maybe this is what I’ve been looking for.

    • I used to feel like it was some sort of cruel fate dealt to me.

      I was depressed, had anxiety.

      When I started cleaning up my body from the inside out things started turning around for me.

  4. Please provide info . I have Hashimoto’s I eat clean, Whole organic foods, unable to lose weight and i have adrenal issues . Recently took a cortisol test and it came back high ;(
