How to get your energy back

Let’s say it took a lot of psyching up, and had to barrel through it braveheart-style with nothing to lose…

Even though I ran through 10,000 volts, there is practically no currrent going through them and that’s why I get nothing more than a shock.

For electricity to flow you need both voltage AND amps…

You need both the POWER and the CURRENT.[/text_block]

Voltage (Power) = Current X Resistance

The power in your body comes from vitamin D and your hormones…

You can build up as much power as you want, but if your body lacks conductivity that energy will not flow… you won’t have current…

Or stated a different way… if your body has too much resistance, the current will drop so you’ll be able to use less of your power.

In order for you to “have energy” you need to have the ability to produce energy and transfer that energy… voltage and current.

This program is about how to get more of both voltage and current.

What we are going to accomplish over the next 6 months can be boiled down to 3 things…

#1 Increase your total body voltage… your power… this is your vitamin D and hormone production…

#2 Increase the current in your body… we’re going to increase conductivity so you can use the power you are producing.

#3 Lower resistance in your body… we’re going to get rid of toxicity and other things that rob you of your energy.

When you are able to produce energy, and make your body conductive then you’ll feel what it’s like to have the energy you need to perform your daily tasks, go hike, take on a 10 mile race and be able to recover…

You need both power and current in order to eliminate fatigue.

The amount of energy you get is directly correlated to your levels of Vitamin D.

The best source of vitamin D is directly from the sun… BUT here’s the problem that needs to be solved…

Most people can’t get vitamin D from the sun.

Most people get sunburn if they stand in the sun longer than 15-20 minutes… or they don’t have the ability to transfer sun energy and convert it into Vitamin D.

What I found was the number one reason why you get sunburn and can’t absorb energy or get vitamin D directly from the sun is toxicity.

Toxicity is also what makes your body lose conductivity… it’s what creates resistance which lowers current and therefore reduces your energy…

It’s like rust on a cable…

If you take a brand new, clean copper wire, it will conduct electricity very well… but if the cable is rusted, it will lose its conductivity and energy won’t be able to flow through it…

The same thing happens in the body…

Every cell of your body is essentially a mini battery. Every cell stores energy for you… the more energy your cells can store, the more power you have available for use as needed…

Your body has a level of conductivity that allows you to use that power, but toxicity in your body lowers conductivity and that’s why you feel tired.[/text_block]

How to get your energy back

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”16″ font_font=”Droid%20Sans”]When I was looking to get my energy back I decided to do a green juice fast…

It started out with a goal of doing 3 days of drinking nothing but green juice, water, tea and some coconut water here and there.

I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make it past day one, but I pushed through…

Day 1 and 2 I didn’t feel better… if anything I was a bit more tired and was feeling the effects of my cleanse… I was feeling all the toxins in my body being released and creating resistance as they were getting flushed out of my body…

Toxins = Resistance

More resistance = Less energy

Around day 4 however, something magical happened…

It was a combination of a hormone reset and a gut cleanse…

I rebooted my system and it was the beginning of my hormone jumpstart journey…

What interested me the most about this particular experience was the gut cleansing part…

The more I cleaned my gut… actually, the more I cleaned my entire digestive tract the more energy I felt and the easier it became to lose weight…

Here’s why…

Your digestive tract, especially your gut houses billions of bacteria…

Some of these are good… some of them are bad.

Good bacteria take the food you eat, and make vitamins, and other nutrients… good bacteria make your hormones!!

Good bacteria basically BUILD YOU the way they build trees out of a seed… just like bacteria do most of the work through the root of a tree, they also do most of the work through your gut…

Bad bacteria on the other hand take the food you eat, and steal the nutrients. They produce toxic byproducts and these are the toxins you want to get rid of.

These toxins are known as endotoxins… endo meaning they come from within.[/text_block]

Do not overlook this exercise just because of its simplicity…

You must establish the habit of intermittent fasting…

Your goal for week one is to work your way up to 6 hours of fasting everyday…

I’ve had people tell me they fast for 12 hours… that they have their last meal at 6 pm and eat breakfast at 6 am… but that’s NOT fasting for 12 hours…

It takes 12 hours for the body to enter the fasted state… so if your last meal is at 6 pm, then at 6 am your body is barely entering the fasted state… so if you were to fast for 6 hours then you wouldn’t be eating your first meal until 12pm.

Your goal this week is to literally master the basics. Go over hormone jumpstart and the videos inside EFL V1.0 at least 3 times to really grasp the concepts as this is the foundation.

Through this program we’re going to be taking these concepts and expanding on them. We’re going to get advanced and you won’t be able to keep up unless you take the information serious and follow it to a T.
