As much as I want to do this for others, I can only help so many people at once, which meant I had to find a way to teach my method.
I learned everything I know about probiotics by reading books, magazines and countless forum threads on how to brew beer. So, I always encourage people to learn and study fermentation.
... but that would take years to learn like it did me. Plus, you'd have to connect the dots, which isn't as obvious.
That's why I started developing a process where I simply walk people through what I do to grow strong probiotics following a step-by-step process.
The problem is that everyone is unique... and you need to know how to adapt these principles to fit your microbiome.
When I see people's diet, I can immediately point to what is hurting the environment in their gut and what they need to do to improve it.
For example, many people are told to cut out sugar, gluten and dairy. Bread is demonized in many diets, but here we simply look at it as bread needs water and minerals to be digested. So, if I see a diet where there is a lot of bread, I look at how much water and minerals they are drinking and help them adjust.
Sometimes people just need to improve their hydration. In some cases, it may be necessary to go without bread to help speed up the process if you have digestive issues. ultimately, my wish is for you to be able to make that call for yourself, because I'm not a doctor and I don't like telling others what to do with their diet. I simply walk alongside you through the process to make it easier for you to learn this.
If you get to a point where your probiotics are strong, then you will be able to eat all food groups - carbs, protein and fats.
That's the definition of healthy, strong probiotics. When you can eat food and get energy from food. When your probiotics are healthy and strong it makes it easier to stay lean & toned.
