How to Get More Energy and Get Your Life Back Without Diets or Supplements that Don't Work

I still remember the first time I face timed with an active mom who was struggling with fatigue. She looked just like I did in 2012 when I could barely stay awake.

She was so exhausted she would sit in her kitchen without moving, thinking about everything that needed to get done like cooking, cleaning, and then kids wanted to spend time with her doing active play. The more she thought about it, the more anxiety she felt.

She didn't want to say "no" to her kids, but what do you do when you have zero energy?

She had gone to see multiple doctors and nothing they did helped her out. She then started seeking out naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners and other alternative medicine, but she ended up wasting a lot of money on labs and supplements that didn't work.

So, when she first came across this information, she was intrigued by knowing that growing strong probiotics in her gut was the answer. Probiotics transfer energy from food to your body. Probiotics are what make vitamins and hormones for the body. Probiotics are what would absorb nutrients from herbs, which is why supplements can only work if you have strong probiotics in your gut.

... so, if you focus on creating an environment in your gut to grow strong probiotics, you will get energy from food, and it will last all day.

One thing I was not expecting when I first started learning how to brew beer was to learn that beers were originally called “Ales” because fermentation is how you draw out medicinal properties out of plants.

Ever heard the expression "what ails you?"

In the old world, if you got sick, a doctor would make an ale for you, meaning they would find a medicinal plant and make an ale to draw out the medicinal properties out of that plant. Ales were not meant to be recreational beverages. They were meant to be sacred, herbal and medicinal beverages.

Beer is what became recreational. Ales are our traditional medicine!

Go to any apothecary, and you’ll find that they give you herbs in tinctures because alcohol is what gets the medicinal properties out of herbs. That’s why fermentation has been around for thousands of years.

Our “modern” medicine system started in the early 1900’s. They labeled our traditional medicine “alternative” to make way for their petroleum-based lab made stuff. That’s why we have so many people being told they have to be on medication for life because we have forgotten our true medicine that actually heals.

… and the only way to get out of that cycle is to become your own doctor. Becoming your own doctor doesn’t require you to go to school for ten years. Becoming your own doctor simply requires you to observe nature and learn how to grow strong probiotics.   

If you can do simple things like add minerals to water, eat fermented foods like fermented cod liver oil, and others, then you too can grow strong probiotics in your gut! 

Your gut is like the root system of a tree.

For a tree to grow healthy, you need to make sure it gets:

Water
Minerals
Make sure the soil has the proper pH
Make sure the soil is at the proper temperature
Have a diversity of probiotics

If a tree has all of that and gets sunshine (vitamin D), then it will grow strong and healthy.

Your gut is no different. Notice it’s pretty much identical. If you don’t get water, minerals, have the right pH, or if your body temperature is low, then you start to wilt. Hair starts thinning or falling out, just like a tree would.

You don’t need to go to school to learn that. You learn that by observing nature and practicing the art of fermentation. That’s where you’ll be able to observe probiotics and nature at work.

When you learn how probiotics work, you learn what foods to eat, what not to eat. You learn what to drink, what not to drink. You’ll learn to use plants and herbs as medicine. Your food becomes medicine. You no longer rely on supplements or medication for life.

What most people fail to understand is that a toxic gut environment not only weakens probiotics, but it allows bad bacteria like wild yeast and parasites to grow.

If you allow this to get out of control, you will start growing nodules. 

Probiotics grow you (muscle, hair, skin, nails, etc.) and make you healthy.

Bad bacteria is what grows things like tumors, cysts, nodules and other bad stuff you don't want including fat cells. This is what leads to things like having to get a thyroidectomy, hysterectomy or cutting off of other body parts because cutting is what modern-day doctors are taught to do rather than learn how to heal by growing healthy probiotics.

When I see people's diet, I can immediately point to what is hurting the environment in their gut and what they need to do to improve it.

For example, many people are told to cut out sugar, gluten and dairy. Bread is demonized in many diets, but here we simply look at it as bread needs water and minerals to be digested. So, if I see a diet where there is a lot of bread, I look at how much water and minerals they are drinking and help them adjust. 

Sometimes people just need to improve their hydration. In some cases, it may be necessary to go without bread to help speed up the process if you have digestive issues. ultimately, my wish is for you to be able to make that call for yourself, because I'm not a doctor and I don't like telling others what to do with their diet. I simply walk alongside you through the process to make it easier for you to learn this. 

If you get to a point where your probiotics are strong, then you will be able to eat all food groups - carbs, protein and fats.

That's the definition of healthy, strong probiotics. When you can eat food and get energy from food. When your probiotics are healthy and strong it makes it easier to stay lean & toned.
