  1. Absolutely correct.

What is hardest for me is my switch from days, miss and then nights.. so I tend to write out a time line just like you did to figure out when to stop eating and when to eat.

BTW, I’ve changed my diet up now. I’ve started to loose a lot of hair (frustrating)

So, I’ve stopped my eggs, when I wake after a couple hours I am doing a protein drink and then a green drink. AND I am learning to like fermented .. bought some Braggs Grape drink and drinking some of that each day. So far so good… Actually my stomach is feeling better.

Eggs are high inflammation food, so possibly this could be messing me up. I was eating a TON of eggs.

One thing I’ve noticed as the Thyroid issues are that things change, and rotate (at least with me). It started here, then moved there and now my hair so we conquer each stage as we learn to care more for ourselves.

Great video and it really covers IF

I like the timeline, it just makes it so simple at first I was so lost on what IF actually was.

    • Yes Lisa B i agree we have to deal with it as it comes i used to buy store brought eggs and i had the same issues but now i eat free range eggs from a local farmer and i eat one a day instead of as many and i see things changed for the better for me because i love eggs too and i have never tried the braggs grape drink ill have to try it where do u get yours from and good luck on your journey and stay strong you got this

      • Thanks Lisa,

Isn’t it amazing how we are so unique and have to know our own bodies at times to know what to do. I like this about this program as it’s not a here is what I do, now you do it, but more an education on what has worked and variations to fit into our lifestyle.

  2. Thanks for the video i really enjoyed it i will have to watch it again because i want to fast 7 days with doing it at night but got to figure out how to do it because i stop eating my last meal between 6pm and 8pm and i dont eat again until around 9am or after and got to find out what to eat on the first meal thanks again for the video

    • Hi Lisa! Question- Where in the video does he talk about green juice? I didn’t hear it and went back to look for it but can’t find it. Are you talking about organifi or something different? Thanks!

      • Hey Suzy,

I’m talking about Organifi, since we all should have it I wondered what people thought of it, I’ve been drinking it for a while and really think it’s got an amazing flavor, for being green. LOL.

  3. Hi
The video was awesome and very easy to understand. My issue has been eating dinner at around 8pm because I like to wait for my hubby but I’ll change that immediately. Thanks can’t wait for the next video 🤗

  4. Great video. I understand intermittent fasting but one point of clarification please. So from 6 am to noon, you don’t have anything including organifi or something without carbs or sugar? Can you have something to eat that would still keep you in the fasted state (like tea or anything without carbs and sugar)?

Also what about people with adrenal fatigue? I use to do intermittent fasting and loved it but I have adrenal fatigue and someone said intermittent fasting is not good if you have bad adrenals.

    • Itza,

I totally understand, I switch shifts every 3 months so every time I do I have to adjust my fasting/eating schedule. Now they have added an additional shift to the two I do so life is about to get more interesting.

    • Hi Suzy,
If I understood correctly you should drink the Organifi from 6am to noon… you can also drink tea. He said herbs and water only. At noon is when you break the fast by eating food but if you want your body to continue using fat for fuel then you should stay away from carbs and sugar and only eat the healthy fats and proteins.
