The 5-Day Hydration Challenge

Most people with low energy have weak probiotics in their gut.

There are many reasons why people have weak gut flora, but one of the most common is that people are chronically dehydrated. When you are dehydrated, your gut becomes toxic which weakens probiotics and allows bad bacteria to grow.

Imagine trying to flush a toilet without water.

It's easy to see that water is what allows you to flush a toilet without it getting clogged.

When the ratio of things that need to be flushed is greater than the amount of water available to flush, you end up with a clogged toilet, right?

Your digestive system works similar to a toilet. When you eat food, your body uses water to push food through your intestines. If you are dehydrated, then your body won’t have enough water available to flush itself out. If your body can't push food out of your intestines, then your intestines become clogged with food that begins to rot and that's how bad bacteria grows in your gut.

... and once your gut becomes toxic, then it doesn't matter whether you eat healthy or not because the food you eat will now go into a toxic environment, which by definition means it's full of bad bacteria. (read that as "you will be feeding bad bacteria in your gut moving forward")...

That’s how you end up with gas, bloating and constipation.

Without water, your body won’t digest food, and if it can’t break down food, then it can’t take food energy and make it available for your body to have energy, hence why people feel tired all the time (especially after eating a meal.)

Hydration may sound simple, but it’s about giving your body the raw materials it needs to properly digest food and keep your gut clean.

Hydration is more than just “drinking more water”. You have to make sure your water is clean, that it has minerals and later on you’ll learn more about different ways to enhance your drinking water to improve your hydration.

When you improve your hydration, you will notice it first in your digestion. If you have dry skin from dehydration, you will notice your skin start to look clear and radiant.

If you want energy that lasts all day, then your first step is to make sure you are fully hydrated.

You don't have to buy my program to do that. Easiest way to improve your hydration is to add minerals to your drinking water. Hydration is step one of a process to recharge your batteries and get more energy.

The 5-Day Hydration challenge is simple...

The goal is to create a habit over the next 5 days to do 2 things...

#1 Drink the amount of clean mineralized water required by your body to hydrate first thing when you wake up...

#2 ... and then continue to sip on water throughout the day to stay hydrated...

Hydrating Mineral Ale Recipe

1 Quart of CLEAN water
2mL ionic magnesium
4mL of SOLE salt

Mineralized water allows you to use the energy that is stored in the cells of your body, but what "charges" the cells?

The answer to that is vitamin D...

... and later on, I'm going to share more about why you need to avoid vitamin D supplements like the plague.

Think of mineralized water and vitamin D as the raw materials you need to fully charge your batteries.

Without these, it's nearly impossible to get your body to produce thyroid hormone. If you do nothing else, do this!

Everything else I share that helps you get energy will only work if you are hydrated and get all the minerals your body needs. In my email newsletter, I share more about how I came to understand this, but here I want to give you actionable items.

My biggest goal throughout this series is to help you understand why the key to energy (and hormone) production lies in your ability to create an environment for probiotics to grow strong and healthy in your gut.

If you learn to do that, then you will know how to be healthy and never depend on pills...
