What is Energy

The body is either growing or disintegrating...

You are either building new cells or breaking down...

The body uses energy to grow and build itself...

Without energy, you can't regenerate...

That's why hair starts to thin and fall when you have "no energy"...

Without energy, not only do you feel miserable, I remember the feeling when my hair started falling off and I noticed bald patches...

That's why it's important to learn how to create, store and utilize energy...

To understand energy, we use the battery analogy to help understand mitochondria function...

Energy is the charge you store in a battery...

Every cell of the body has a mitochondria which is indeed a battery...

It works exactly the same...

My understanding of this "battery" comes from my beer brewing background...

Like I did when brewing beer... to get more energy I paid attention to 5 things that helped me recharge my energy...

#3 Cell & Body Temperature

It's the most overlooked, yet the most impactful...

Tiny little hinges swing open huge heavy doors

Just like a seed sprouts when you mix it in water and minerals... the body uses the same process to "sprout" and grow... grow our hair, nails and skin...
