Module 3 - How to Create Energy

Tiny little hinges swing open huge doors...

To get more energy, I focused on improving mitochondria function by doing these 3 things...

#1 Hydrating with clean water + minerals

#2 Improved mitochondria function with CoEnzyme Q10

#3 Raised my Vitamin D levels

Let's go over each of these in detail...

I started by improving the quality of water I drink and creating a habit to drink the amount of water my body needs

The book Your Body's Many Cries For Water by F. Batmanghelidj says you should drink a minimum of 2 quarts (2 liters) of water a day...

That's "minimum"

I personally start my day by drinking 1 quart of water as soon as I wake up...

I drink on average one gallon of water a day...

Next I focus on getting nutrients that give you energy... I focus on a diet that boosts mitochondria function...

The nutrient CoEnzyme Q10 is what flips the mitochondria switch to the "on" position to start producing more energy...

Conductive minerals like ionic magnesium deliver energy for you...

... and I use Fermented Cod Liver Oil to boost my Vitamin D which keeps your charge up

This is the 3 step process I call Energy Jumpstart Method... it's what I focus on to get more energy...

#1 Water + Minerals

#2 CoEnzyme Q10

#3 Vitamin D

When you first begin this protocol, you'll begin to notice an improvement on your sleep and digestion...

The body needs deep, restful sleep to recover, produce hormones and create energy...

What's cool about the Energy Jumpstart Method is that the more you do it, the less you need it...

That's how it should be...

I was told I was going to have to take hormones for the rest of my life and that wouldn't even give me energy...

The important thing to remember about the Energy Jumpstart Method is that it's a 30 to 60 day process... sometimes sooner sometimes longer...

What determines the length of time needed to experience more energy is understanding what drains your energy...

What drains your energy is what I call energy thieves...

You can produce more energy, but if you have chronic fatigue then you have to start looking into what's draining you...
