Module 4 - Energy Thieves

Let me be clear about this module...

This is phase two of getting more energy...

Phase one is producing, storing and using energy...

Focus on phase one first...

I'm sharing phase two here so you have a big picture overview...

Phase two is about understanding what drains your energy...

Why are so many people waking up feeling tired all the time no matter how much they sleep?

Answer: Poor gut health

When I began to understand what it meant to have autoimmune issues, this is what I understood...

I think of autoimmune issues in one of two ways...

#1 You have bad bacteria in your gut (yeast overgrowth, parasites, virus, etc.)

#2 You don't have enough good bacteria in your gut...

Or more than likely, both... you have bad bacteria and not enough good bacteria...

The reason why bad bacteria is bad is they steal the nutrients from the food you eat and produce toxins...

Toxins are the energy thieves that drain your energy...

To get rid of toxins I started doing intermittent fasting with green juice & probiotics... 

Keyword here is fasting...

Fasting is one way to reduce yeast overgrowth...

Do you have strong sugar cravings?

That's a clear sign that you have yeast overgrowth...

My favorite phrase I used to teach how to brew beer was "yeast eat sugar and turn it into beer"...

In brewing beer I was referring to brewer's yeast... good yeast... the type that makes B vitamins for you...

When we talk about yeast overgrowth in our bodies... that's bad yeast... yeast candida, albicans, etc.... it's what we would call wild yeast that spoils a batch of beer...

Just like it spoils a batch of beer, it spoils your gut and drains your energy...

That's where fasting, green juice and probiotics come into the picture on this journey...

There's a caveat...

It's important to FIRST have energy and strength before getting into fasting which is why I'm emphasizing that fasting is phase two to get more energy...

If you have autoimmune issues, your body is likely very toxic...

Fasting exposes you to the toxins which are already in your body...

Phase two I will cover how to safely remove that toxicity...

.Step One to begin to detox is to go through phase one...

Phase one is to drink more water with minerals, boost your vitamin D and boost your mitochondria function with CoEnzyme Q10... this is what strengthens you... gives you more energy...

Getting toxins out of the body is a long term plan to remove what's draining your energy...

Fasting is a detox and fat loss protocol...

It's what I've been doing so I can have more energy without relying on supplements... 

It's a long term game plan to get all my energy from food...

You should be able to get all your energy from food...

If you have good yeast and bacteria in your gut (probiotics), this is possible...

If you have bad bacteria in your gut, these are the energy thieves that need to pack their bags and leave the body...

It's your job to show them the door...
